We are analysing artefacts made of multiple parts of animals, bones, skuls, etc... All of them are covered with a kind of fish glue, containing very very short segments of human hairs.
Their lenght is between 0,2 and 0,05 mm. They are cutted with high precision. What is puzzling is that these artefacts are around 800 years old.
Is somebody here aware of reinforce fish glue with hairs? It is to reinforce or to give the coating a reptilian aspect.
On some specimens hairs are colored in various colors.
