Hi I am in the USA and wondering about selling a parrot mount to someone up in Canada. I think it would be legal since it is a non-native domestic (green cheek conure) but is there any reason why it wouldn't be legal? Would it make it past customs? Just want to be sure, I'm having a hard time finding info and I have never shipped outside the USA. Thanks!

Check the CFR's regarding inter state commerce regulations even though it is going to Canada. You can also contact USF&W or Customs

  3. They are CITES species. Between different countries, it is necessary to do export and import formalities.
