    Want to make a small ocean wave on the wall with a fish flying under the wave
    Making the curl and frothy top water
    Any ideas would be appreciated

    There is an article in a back order of Taxidermy Today where Page Nethercutt Sculpted waves in clay and moulded it in some sort of resin with color added to it.
