Canada Goose In Du Magazine

    Always considering pics of live birds for potential reference material, I couldn’t help but give close study to a photo of a Canada Goose on page 9 of the current issue of DU. Apparently he knows none of the “rules of taxidermy”....one wing up, one forward. One foot open, one closed. His feathers are a mess on both wings, and just look at those split ends on the primaries and tail feathers. He is wearing jewelry though....
    I’m going to print this and hang it in my shop just in case a customer ever says “that feather ain’t laying just right”.....
    Seriously though, it would be an awesome pose for a mount.
