BOTM February 2021

    Same here Brooke, white crap everywhere, 14°, no power for 21 hours (lucky) only 2 more days of this and calling for 72° next week

    Yeah, I think y'all got it worse than us. We've got a genny for power, but we've been out of water since Tuesday. So taxidermy work is at a standstill.

    Gotta be Horrible for you guys down south that arent used to this every year,can’t imagine losing power in weather like that,hope you get through ok.Its finally been above zero for the last couple of days here

    I've got 2 portable generators for hurricane season but who'd thunk I needed them ready for winter time!!

    our wells are deep with pipelines to house 6’ underground as we get frost down around4’ we have insulated houses, 4 wheel drive vehicles, warm clothes,every other pickup has a snowplow MnDOT uses lots of salt on roads, we drive trucks on frozen lakes to fish, we ski,snowmobile, wheeler, we dont stay inside that much.Cant say we like snow but we deal with it cuz we know it will only be around 4-5 months

    We dig a line below the frontline and we hit water. Us southerners ain't made for this crap. Looks like it'll be 60 Tuesday.

    Day 7 with no running water. Got this Brewers finished.

    Brewers? maybe a Bemaculated ?brewers would have more brown on head...like from eyes down ... bimaculated just a brown spot or two on the green head

    I've seen Brewer's Ducks with all sorts of color configurations on their head
