Can anyone recommend a good brand of water based WT deer game head paint. I’ve tried Lifetone and the bottles were solid on the bottom and the browns were way off in color. Maybe just old stock they sold me.

I have not tried them yet but I have heard a lot of good things about Creatix from Matuska. You can also find it at Hobby Lobby.

Createx is all I use now. Use there 4011 reducer with it. I also use there USVS sealer.

Ask Jake. He said the best paint was Dungeon& Dragon's miniature paints. LMAO

Thanks, which browns for the whitetail eyes and flesh colors did you use?

the solid on the bottom are the pigments, the color is off because the paint needs mixed to get the pigments off the bottom.

I have been wondering which Lifetone color would replace polys black umber? Although I could change over to Createx if there was a good paint schedule.
