Blade Sharping.

    Research mannikins in Illinois does a good job ,or Aubrey young for another option

    Talk to a local guy who sharpens mower blades he may be able to do it
    on his machine.

    This is only my opinion but I would take it to someone who does fleshing blades, and lots of them unless it is an old blade you don't care about just to see if he can do it. You may end up with a worthless piece of metal. My $0.02 worth.

    I get it , the guy i use puts a razor edge on my draw knives (knecker), just
    a thought.

    If you have an old blade, let him try. Round knives are a different breed, so to speak!
