Looking For Critique On My First Coyote Mount

    Hi, I am new to taxidermy, I started in January this year. This coyote shoulder mount is my first mammal, and I wondered what everyone thought of it, and what I need to work on getting better at. Thanks! Snapchat-1636618416.jpg

    Pretty good for a first mount.I suggest that you look at and print for reference - images of what you are mounting.You seem to have the basics down,need a little fine tuning.

    Blow the fur with a shopvac or blow-drier to get it fluffy. Pay attention to the transition area between the ears and head. There are muscles you need to recreate to make a natural transition
