    Hello everyone!
It's the first time I've cut the skin of a deer head and I'm going to wear it on a mannequin made by me and I would like to know if it's necessary to use some glue to fix the skin on the polyurethane mannequin. Can wood glue be used? What type of glue to use? Thanks!

Make sure you flesh completely and tan or preserve the skin before attaching the skin. To answer your question, Yes, you need to secure it with an adhesive. Wood glue will not work. Depending on where you you live, you should have access to adhesives (some wall paper pastes work well, and I just used a paste for flooring that works really well), if you can’t get specially made taxidermy hide pastes.
