A Great Buck for a Great Man ... Chief Master Sergeant Troy Eden!

After completing a remount of his first Whitetail buck, Troy Eden came back with another trophy buck for mounting. This time - after seeing the pedestal rendition of "My Little Buck" - Troy opted to have his buck presented as a pedestal. One of the best things about a pedestal mount, is having the ability to move the mount to wherever you want it, and not having to worry about where, on what wall, to hang it! On a personal note, I like having the ability to walk right up to my own mount and look him in his eyes! The headform is a Gene Smith floor pedestal WO7-7120R, 7¼"x20"x23" ... a very nice headform, indeed. The pedestal is an Oak #FP305, 12¼' 'x 15¾'' x 30'' from "Roostin' Ridge". Roostin Ridge's owner, Claire, makes some great pedestals! The photo series here are the results of this project ...

This first photo shows the FINAL, finished pedestal, including a casting of a vintage 1989 "State of OHIO" Deer Farm Barn Belt Buckle, manufactured by "Siskiyou", #W-44.
These photos were taken before placement of the buckle casting on the pedestal ...
Happy client Chief Master Sergeant Troy Eden with his trophy Whitetail Deer mount.

Cant recall if I posted this guy or not, but usually when I get multiple horned goats in they are just horn growths on the skin, this one actually had bone core in each of the 4 horns. 20210706_110649.jpg 20210706_110523.jpg 20210706_110431.jpg
