Very Old Antler Restoration

    I have a set of antlers in the shop that were left out in the sun and have become chalky and brittle. What's the best route to take to restore them or is this even possible? Thanks

    Yes you can restore them. First you will need to seal them, then you can repainted them

    There was an excellent tutorial on how to restore weathered antlers on here years ago but I cannot find it. But, I have forgotten how to look up the old archived posts. Here is a YouTube video on one simple method I have used. It works well on antlers that are weathered and chalky but without many cracks or voids.

    Another method for repairing broken times and filling major cracks and voids then restoring is this:
