C. P. Ockfen Old Mount Olympia Wa, Any Info?

I've been tasked with repairing a very old deer fawn mount. This tag is on the base, It reads, "Mounted by C. P. Ockfen, Taxidermist, Route 5 Olympia Wash". Any information on this taxidermist, or anyone who may have known them? Would love to know more of the history if possible.
Very old, the deer fawn has the full skeleton inside, built up with a mix of horse hair and wood excelsior. Pretty heavy. One of the legs tore off, 2 more are split open. Ears are also split. Fun stuff... will see what I can do. It is just really cool because I'm also in Olympia. Will post pictures when finished, if I get that far.
