Cooper’s Hawk

    I usually don’t see these hawks often, but this adult landed in a tree in my neighborhood. Couldn’t miss the opportunity to get pictures of him.

  3. Your photos are great and clear. I think the hawk is quite difficult for us to take a photo, it seems to have detected you and taken off in the last shots. Although the hawk is one of the wonderful creatures that play an important role in keeping the balance of nature. However, it is an animal that I do not want in my backyard because they can harm my small pets. Do you know a way to stop the hawk without harming them?
