Mckenzie Frustrations

I was on hold with them for almost an hour both times I placed on order. I don't know if they have fewer people answering phones or are they just that busy with orders.

 

Try calling them at 7:30 in the evening, was on hold less then 10 mins

 

They're probably short staffed and can't get anyone to work. Where I work they are offering 3,000 dollar sign on bonus and still can't find many new employees.

Time to let the Mexicans go to work . This country does not have enough workers period . Un-employment at all time low. Brandon as you like to call Him just cannot pull workers out of His ass . Their are people with families that need homes and we need workers . Set a path for citizenship if they do not follow throw them out. Solves a lot of problems . But that makes to much sense .

 

Just got off phone with McKenzie. For what it’s worth, I ordered about 10 whitetail forms two months ago, they arrived in 3 days no problem. My last order, about two weeks ago, was about 20 forms. I picked up four at the warehouse in Wisconsin, the rest were from North Carolina, after a week they arrived except for one, that one and my packing slip will hopefully arrive in another week or two, I asked if I could add a wall pedestal, they advised wall pedestals are running two months behind. Had to wait on phone 15 minutes. Probably the new norm

 

It's all part of the plan. Took centuries of hard work to get the well oiled machine we were used to. None of our problems today are unintended by the ones that are behind it all.

Most other suppliers will accommodate you. Have you tried Second-2-Nature, James Taxidermy Supply, Foster Taxidermy Supply, Joe Coombs Taxidermy Supply to name a few in my area.

 

I like Matuska, especially their new line of xp mannequins, but they only go up to a 23 neck, Coombs faces are little to narrow for some of the deer around here. Unfortunately McKenzie had the 500lb black bear I need so I figured I would go for the bundle 12% discount, which is an 8.5% discount after the new 3.5%material surcharge

 

You should not be shopping around for another supplier. You should be shopping at ALL of the suppliers. Don't limit yourself.

 

I learned to order two months in advance during the pandemic, seams to work for everything I use. Not like pre pandemic where you got everything In two days. I prefer online ordering personally.

 

Yes sir, pain-n-ass, I called a few times and waited & waited & waited, left message and no return call. Finally they answered and I ordered ONE form, by the time the BS was added up that form cost me over 100.00 but I did get it in 2 days, still sucks.

 

On hold for 15 minutes this morning. They had everything I needed, and I got my backorder of meder liquid lenses .

 

We never had any problem BEFORE that useless asshole was sworn in. He destroyed their jobs and then sent them tax money to sit on their asses. That liked that. As long as he keeps pumping money into their pockets, inflation skyrockets and taxes we pay are sent to those worthless bastards. Brandon has let millions of illegals in already so your argument is as FOS as you are.

 

Research in Oregon ( no tax ) they answer the phone and give friendly fast prompt service - a special pour may take an extra week or so but they will tell you how long to expect your order - we all have to pay shipping anyway so go with a company that still cares for the customer.

 

I’ve been trying for days to talk to a person there. Waited on hold several different times for 20 minutes or longer still no answer. Left voicemail no response sent emails no response are they really still in business?? Im pretty much done with them

 

Why don't you people who incessantly piss and moan about McKenzie just STOP USING THEM? Asking for a friend.
