   Hey all! I have a couple of tanned buffalo hides that we given to me. They are in rough shape (refer to the pics). I would like opinions if there is anything that can be done to stop the deterioration. Some parts are so dry it tears easily and others still sturdy hair falling out on some and not other parts. So should I or can I save anything or just trash it all. Thanks in advance!

   Latex glue and either gauze , nylon stockings something flexible is the only thing. It’s deteriorating from either man alum tan and wasn’t neutralized properly or not degreased properly plus if they were near heat or sun can cause this. Lots of reasons why it can happen
