My last deer head to be mounted tomorrow
    Sticking with fish and ducks
Time to start enjoying my retirement
And if this turns into a full time gig again
    Only doing fish

No amount of money can buy back wasted years. Go retire and enjoy life!

My plan is to retire from my current job and open a shop to supplement my income. I will limit my intake to enjoy retirement thought.

I just quit it all. If I don't kill it, I won't mount it. In a lot of cases, if I did kill it, I still won't mount it.

    aussiesam I'm an Australian.

Molding a borrowed set of Corsican horns for my own project. Haven't tried this before but I couldn't get a set of my own anywhere. Following Erich Carters method, well, sort of. >< Corsican horn molding.jpg

Enjoy your semi-retirement! Deer add a tremendous stress level to taxidermy. This year, I turned all deer mounting and finishing over to my youngest son. I still remain super busy with other species and skulls. Tanglewood probably has it right...quit it all if you want peace!
