Snowy Owl

    I have a snowy owl that a guy wants cleaned up. And yes I have a tag with it. It was probably in a bar for a long time and the whole bird has got a brownish yellowish tinge to it. I lightly tried pledge, Windex, lacquer thinner. Is there anything I can use with confidence to clean these feathers up and turn it back to really white or should I just clean the dust and grime off and leave it alone. It's probably mounted back in the 40s or 50s thank you for your help

    I doubt it will ever clean up well.
