I received a request to preserve a turtle shell. Is this a possible thing? Can I boil and blast it? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kurt.

No. The pressure washer will strip the outer shell plates (scutes) right off. Depends on what type of shell it is. Boil water in a kettle and pour on areas of flesh and scrape off. Repeat. You can simmer some shells clean if you are very careful but they will come apart very easily.
