How Often Do You Change Water

    When maceration how often do you change or dump some water out and add fresh but still leave some in so obviously youre not starting th3 bacteria growth over from scratch. I have a 5 gallon pale that I've done 5 deer head in so far. I'm getting away from the full on just simmering.

    I have used it over and over again. My maceration tubs are on one side of my fenced garden. Occasionally I dump them out when looking for lost teeth or nose bones....ohhhhh man whatta stink! I think its like a septic tank. Once the process starts, it continually repeats itself.

    Look in the tutorials section. There are at least two posts on doing this. Replacing the water with warm water if you have access to it is also beneficial.
