Pan Pastels Over Top Coat

    If putting pastels on fish with finish top coat are there any extra steps needed to ensure that it does not just blow off when reglossing? Thanks Ed

    Do a flash coat to seal your powder work ..... before glossing it.

    I seal turkey heads that are colored with Pan Pastels using Krylon Fix-a-tif. I have heard that Aqua-Net hair spray will seal pan pastels, but have never tried using it.

    I use the regular clear coat , lightly mist ov all my powder coats,
    Keeps them locked down
