Searching For Mature Black Duck

    I’m looking for a mature black duck. Captive or wild. I know you cant purchase wild but will pay shipping and can trade if you need something. I have tanned deer capes or other birds.

    Ok. Thank you for the heads up. If it’s captive and they want to trade I’m fine with that.

    You can buy captive breed waterfowl as long as the seller possess a federal waterfowl disposal permit.
    The birds must be marked by either pinioning one wing, the right dew claw removed or have a seamless band.
    The seller must provide form 3-186 with the sale of any waterfowl listed by the U.S. fish and wildlife service.
    Are you looking for a drake or hen?

    Wow, this is tougher and has more penalties than buying crack on the corner. How come ?
