    Wow, we don't see 'em that nice too often in Ohio. Beauty of a bird Brook. A simple pose that shows it all well.

    So it’s the scotch electric tape in white? Or the lichcamp masking?

    The masking. I use white for the big feathers, blue for the little feathers and electrical to wrap bones when wiring.

    No doubt. I didn't even have to pluck brown feathers out of that ones chest.

I’m trying hard to get all of last year’s birds out before being flooded with this year’s turkeys. The Lord has really blessed me- I now work my other job two days a week and do taxidermy nine days a week.

    Wally your strutters are as good as I've seen sir . . . I have got to figure those thing out. Just asking do you remove the heads after to finish? If so why wait?

    Thanks for the compliments. All my heads are removable, and I just mount a batch of birds then paint all the heads at the same time. I could paint them ahead of time instead, and sometimes I do. No specific reason to wait.
