May I get advice on the process you used to set the wings

Use cereal box type cardboard not corrugated, too heavy. This cardboard is flexibile to bend the wings a lot into position desired. Women duck bill hair clips work great, better than pins for holding card board stripes together. Also I use duct tape, tape to your jeans and remove a couple of times so not as sticky, I know some use painters tape as well. The tape is to set the primary and secondary wing feathers with color in proper positioning like a mallard and tail. Use hair dryer to remove tape. That is what works for me.
