Im a 10 y/o student just starting out trying my hand at taxidermy. what would be the best price you could offer me in encouragement in this field please.

 

You're either a scammer or just stupid. Start on cheaper and smaller animals. Mountable foxes and coyotes can be found for ~$100-$300.

not a scammer. I have a budget of 700. don't think a scammer would. anyway, do you probably have blackbuck hides since u say i should start small. I have done cats so probably they count.

I understand your concern. Sorry for the jump start. I am posting on behalf of my brother. he is extremely interested in these. He wanted to try something like a deer or something big although I asked him to wait. Kid says atleast wants make it into a rug. Please do let us know if anyone is selling male blackbuck hides that he can use as a reference please. thanks

 

check out moscow hide and fur website they have blacktail on there already tanned at a reasonable price,hope that helps

Why would you embarrass yourself by posting such a stupid statement . Sure it is mountable ... Hooves can be cast very easily... I do it all the time ... Besides that read the rules of the forum

 

Not rigid or close minded rather careful and we have our brothers back.
