    This is a sow taken in Northwestern Wisconsin 10-6-07 How much you think she weighed?

    It doesn't matter what I think. I know there is no way to guess a bears weight, especially when the hunter is placed well behind the animal. It is a nice bear, regardless.

    How big is this one? I know he wouldn't fit into that 55 gal. drum.

    no dogs just good ole burrdock. she dressed out 480# 72"n-t 63" girth 25" head and did not find much neck until she was butchered lol but what a great 1st bear,was not that easy to get her out of the woods but thanks everyone.
