Real simple peace-of-mind solution here New. Freezer alarm. Costs $10. Probe goes in the freezer, alarm on the outside...get's too warm in there, it hollers at you. ;) I have a contract that says all pieces are taken at customers risk, but it'd reflect really poorly on my business if I had a freezer go out, and didn't have an alarm on it.

I have insurance so in the event that that would happen, I don't leave my customers high and dry. I get replacements and we move on from there.
