Permit Blank

    Ok gang lets have some feedback on blanks in particular ocean type fish. I'm looking for a 11-12 lb permit blank really interested in fins, flexible or translucent not the standard thick resin ones, good blank characteristics etc. Have e-mailed a few suppliers to get some feedback anyone done any and can give me some feedback on blanks.

    Hi try New Wave taxidermy 772-283-7270 some of there fish you can get with clear fins,there all nice blanks.good luck Scott.

    I'll second on New Wave also. I've used a few of there blanks and the are very nice high quality blanks.

    I have used Mike Kirkhart's permit blanks for a 45lb and 17lb permit. The blank and fins were of excellant quality. Hope this helps
