Maybe it's too late....

    to be asking this question....... ok, call me stupid. I'm used to it. ;-)

    When I tanned my fox hide, was I supposed to take the cartilage out of the ears?

    I didn't.
    Gulp.

    What's gonna happen now?!

    do it after it's tanned....not a big deal...i believe it makes it ten times easier

    I take mine out after it had been tanned. I have never had any problems Good Luck

  5. Elizw, If you use the search button at the top of the page, type in removing ear cartilage, go to the 10th post, there is a link to a video that shows you how. I couldn't copy the target or I would have put it here for you.
