Will Ken see 300+ new members by midnight tonight?

it is 4:46 pm Eastern, and we have 181 members, will Ken see 300 by midnight? Any guesses?
My guess is 305 by midnight EST.

I don't know but I'll bet the naysayers that said registration will kill interest will be proven wrong.

Where's George? Internet challenged? ;D

The real question is how long can some of us behave?

As of 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, more than 50% of our visitors were still accessing our OLD site! That Includes Bill Yox, George Roof, and even ME! (I can only access this site through a back door.)

Hopefully, within the next 24 hours, this will change, and most of our visitors will be redirected to this site. When we changed to the new server, the DNS address for www.taxidermy.net was changed to reflect the new address (such as 123.45.678.90). Unfortunately, each individual ISP is responsible for when and how often they update their DNS directory, so until they update, all of their customers are directed to the OLD site. This is entirely out of our control, so we just have to wait until it happens. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer! People are still posting questions and answers on the old Forums.

Looks like he's well on the way. Is this extremely slow on everyones computers, or just mine? Maybe I need to reboot.....

Very slow for me too, I even got kicked out a few minutes ago. I think the registration process is a bit more server intensive and is having trouble keeping up, hopefully in a few days the initial growing pains will lighten up.
