I was lucky enough to take this monster a few days ago.
I figured I would get this back up and running with my MN bear, fall is here.
Fall might be there... it's not here... LOL!
Got a sun burn shootin doves yesterday.
Nice bear!... happy for ya
Took my oldest son on a moose hunt to NW Manitoba. Fly in hunt. I paid for him to hunt - I just watched. He shot this 41 inch bull on day 4. Quite the adventure. We saw a wolverine too! Making memories!
Would you be willing to adopt me, Bucknut?.... LOL
Good on you and your son.
Need a daughter? Lol
Nice pics everyone. Congrats Boarhunter on your first turkey.
Good bear 3bears or should we call you 4bears?
Bruce, great story. I was going to say lucky kid, but you're both lucky to have that memory.
Thanks and no I'll stick with 3 bears, it just so happens that when I signed up for taxi.net I had 3 bears laying on my floor waiting to be fleshed, and I need a screen name, "Now you know the rest of the story, good day".
I killed my biggest mule deer buck this morning. 9X6. Really happy. Dropped a cow elk on opening day, 300 yard pack to the truck. Last Saturday, I killed a mule deer doe in the morning and a whitetail doe in the evening. The freezer is full.
Nice Mule deer
Thats a beauty SB...I'd say your freezer is full. Good year. Congrats!
Thanks 3bears. Now I know. LOL
my sons penna buck from state game lands antler restrictions at its finest
Wow. What a trophy!
What county did that come from?
Opening day mule deer. My field judging is now mainly "How easy will it be to get this out?"
This deer came out of a ravine with 3 other bucks. He stopped broadside, and I knew there was a two track pretty close to where he was standing. When I took the shot, he proceeded to WALK BACKWARDS (!) to the bottom of the ravine. It wasn't too bad getting him out, though. Dropped a whitetail doe yesterday morning, and called in a nice coyote this morning.
Opening morning 2018 - Paso Robles, CA. My 19 inch 3X2 "meat" buck for this season.
345 yards - 270 Winchester right in the kill zone!
i got 6 raccoons first night of predator season
Oklahoma Bear from October 1st.
Wow I didn’t know Oklahoma had bears. Learn something new everyday I guess.
Caught me by surprise, too. I live in Havre, MT, and there are reports of a grizzly up along the Milk River, NW of town. My coworkers dad reports 2 bears up there a couple days ago near his farmland. That area is one of my whitetail spots when it's dry enough. Thick willows and not where I'd want to meet a bear.
