Life Size Mammal of the Week ( 3/17/08)

    I haven't added to this in awhile, but always like to check on it. Looks like we need a new week over here.
    Here is a Lynx I did from our own YukonJeff. Let's see some more...

    Here's a Western Bobcat. Tufts on his ears were noticeably longer than most. Like a lynx.

    this goes out to doylesstudio. i am very much a beginner and probably have no right to say what i'm about to say, so please do not take offense. i think the lynx is awesome, however i think that the front leg that is just kind of hanging in mid air maybe should have been altered to where the paw is slightly bent back, like as if he were caught "off guard" in mid step. i just think it looks like the leg is just too stiff and should be on something and not just hanging there. like i said no offense, just my amature opinion. feel free to tear me limb from limb the next time i post a new mount.
  11. Beautiful cats !!!Excellant eye work and finish work . I love those white toes on the Lynx . Those Western Bobcats are really pretty. The sheep looks great also ,Shawn.

    sgwool; that last picture of the cat coming off that twisted yellowpine limb with snow on it is just out of this world awesume. Good job right there.
