black squirrel

    I got a black squirrel today and I was wondering if he would still be prime. I found him on the side of the road.

    well, if it was a fresh kill, and the freeze got it before too long, it should be good to go... chuck it in the freezer... I do not think they really class squirrels as orime or not, though they should fall into the category for the time of year..
