Photo editing programs ?

    Anybody know of any good photo editing programs available for cheap? Or free?

    For free, I think a good one is www.irfanview.com

    Seems to work pretty good, and is recommended by guru Kim Komando at www.Komando.com

    Irfanview is OK. A better one is GIMP. It is free (download) and can do about anything photoshop can do. It is so cool, I can hardly believe it is free.
