Camel Shoulder Mount Mannikin

  1. Knight's Taxidermy is looking for a Camel mannikin for a shoulder mount. Please let us know if you have one for sale, or know where we might locate one.

    Call Jonas Brothers. They have(or at least they used to have) a lot of things that never got into the catalog because they were so weird.

    I did one about 9 years ago. I used a giraffe form and altered it. The head has the same basic shape with modifications. Laying the skin of the ground in a profile view gives you an idea of the size and shape needed to alter the rest of the form. I didn't say it would be easy, be it can be done this way.

    We used one from Research a couple years ago when doing a Lifesize Camel. It was pretty good. The rest of the form, we started with 4 threaded rods and tons of liquid foam. It was the most fun of any large mammal that we did.
