2017 World Show Registration Information and Prices

PREREGISTRATION HAS CLOSED
If you have not yet preregistered, you must register at the Peoria Civic Center when you arrive. The World Shows staff will begin taking registrations in the lower level lobby on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Go to the Civic Center lobby and look for the sign marked “New Registrations.”
Registrations and Awards Banquet
Select from three main registrations. All three allow access into the Trade Show, Competition Areas (when open), and eligibility to compete in the respective competition associated with the registration. The Taxidermy Registration allows access into the taxidermy seminars. The Carving Registration allows access into the carving seminars. The Combination Registration allows access into both taxidermy and carving seminars.

Partial Registrations
Spouse/Family Pass:
With any Primary Registration, you can purchase additional, Secondary Pass(es)/Badge(s) for your spouse or other immediate family members more than 12 years old (12 and under are free). Each badge is good for all 5 days of the show and allows access to the competition area and the trade show (when areas are open). It does not allow you to compete nor to attend any seminars. $85.00.

Youth Pass (Taxidermy or Fish Carving):
With any Primary Registration, you can purchase a Youth Pass for immediate family members 12 to 17 years old (12 and under are free). Each badge is good for all 5 days of the show and allows access to the competition area and the trade show, seminars and eligibility to compete. $50.00.

One-Day Registration Pass:
For this fee you will be issued a one-day registration pass (badge) good for access into seminars and trade show (when open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), and to view the competition area (when open Thursday or Friday).
You are not eligible to compete. $65.00.

Saturday Special Pass, May 20:
For this fee you will be issued a Saturday registration pass (badge) good for access into
Trade show (10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and to view the competition area (8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.).
You are not eligible to compete. $25.00.

World Show Awards Banquet
World Championships Awards Presentation & Banquet: Friday, May 19, 2017
The WTC Awards Presentation and Banquet will offer dinner with a cash bar. All major awards will be presented, including the presentations of $36,000 in cash and competition prizes, located upstairs at the Peoria Civic Center. This is the most prestigious awards ceremony in the world for the taxidermy industry. Proper attire is strongly recommended. (Cocktails: 6:00–7:00, Dinner: 7:00–8:00, Awards Show: 8:00–11:00.) $39.50 per person. Children 11 and under: $15.00.

Electrical Hookup for Each Entry If an entry requires an electrical hookup, the facility charges a $50.00 technician fee to bring an outlet to your entry. |

Cancellations: If you must cancel, notify the WTC in writing. If received in this office before April 17, 2017, 50 percent will be refunded. After Apr. 17, 2017, no refunds. Hotel registrations are not included.
